How do I get started consigning with you?

How do I know I'm buying something authentic?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Bank Transfer.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer complimentary ground shipping on all US domestic orders excluding international shipments. If you are in the US and want your order faster, please choose "Expedited 2-Day Shipping" at checkout for $45. We now ship to Canada. Our system generates a carrier calculated shipping price and there are no handling fees.
How do I track my package?
Once your purchase is packaged and shipped, we send a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout. Every shipment is tracked.
Can I pay for something online & pick it up on the store?
Yes! Please complete the check out process and call us at 305-535-0811. Depending on the form of payment, we might require a few days for the payment to clear.
Can I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order as long as your order has not shipped. Once the item is in transit, your purchase cannot be cancelled.
Are your prices negotiable?
We consider any reasonable offers on all of our items. Shoot an email to hello@vitaelitaria.com with the item name & offer and we will get back to you!
Do you have a layaway program?
Items can be purchased with a 50% deposit with the remaining balance being paid within two weeks. There is a $500 minimum order for layaway items. Customers who do not pay off the remaining balance on their items within the two weeks, forfeit their deposit. Please email info@consignofthetimes.com to set up payments. Some exclusions may apply.

I am outside the US. Can I still shop with you?
Maybe! Our system is now set up for international shipping to Canada only. International shoppers are fully responsible for any duties/taxes/fees incurred through customs and Consign of the Times will not accept returns based on this.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are in Florida, yes. If you are outside of Florida, you do not have to pay sales tax. All customers outside the state of Florida are responsible for their own taxes. International shoppers are responsible for any duties/taxes/fees incurred through customs.
What is your Return Policy?
